Special Issue: Navigating Contemporary Transformations: Legal, Socio-Political, and Humanitarian Challenges in the Era of Digitalization and Globalization
Contemporary socio-political and humanitarian changes are unfolding within the broader context of society's transformation toward globalization and the emergence of diverse social identities. Political developments are enhancing self-identity and social awareness among citizens concerning globalization, sustainable environmental development, and the progress of future generations. New legal challenges arise from the need to adapt legal systems to digital transformations, the advancement of artificial intelligence, and digitalization. These factors collectively create a vast landscape for new socio-political and humanitarian research. The ecological aspect of social development, along with the role of digital technologies in advancing various sciences and education, is gaining increasing importance. Additionally, there are significant shifts in pedagogical approaches and the exploration of new methods for training specialists in higher education institutions. Socio-humanitarian changes aimed at promoting gender equality, social stability, and sustainable development are also of great relevance. The articles in this special issue contribute to the development and understanding of these themes, providing valuable insights and fostering further scholarly discourse.
